My Mission and Values
As most people know, companies create their own mission statements. The statement forms what the company intends to do. It also shows what the companies values, beliefs and norms are. A companies mission statement defines thier culture, and gives the company direction. In this section of my portfolio, I will give my own personal mission statement, along with some of my values.

To become the best friend, employee, and co-worker I can be, and sustain a meaningful and insightful life.
Below are some values that are most important to me.
Values
I have always held values such as honesty, loyalty, work ethic, and integrity in high regards. With these basic values, you will be trusted, looked at with respect, and given the chances to succeed.
Being honest and loyal shows an employer, or friends, that you are willing to do what your supposed to do, and that you will not give up. Also, being loyal shows an employer that they can trust you with important information, and that you won't do something wrong that could jeopardize their company. In my life, I have always been honest and loyal in my jobs, and in my personal life. I don't want to give anyone the opportunity to doubt me. I always do my best, and I never try to make up stories to get around the truth.
My work ethic as I mentioned earlier, has been shaped by my past work, and what I've been taught over the years. Having a good work ethic can help to shape my future, and open doors for me. For example, in my internship with The ACI Group, I'm given certain tasks to accomplish each day. some days I'm busier than others, but on the days that I have hardly any work, I do everything I can to find work. Some mornings my supervisor will say there isn't much to do. So, instead of doing nothing, I send out emails, or go talk to people face to face trying to find work. I don't like sitting idle. I'd rather be working non stop, than have nothing to do.
