Attitude and Practical Excellence
I’ve always taken pride in doing things right, meeting deadlines, and being proactive. Most recently my internship has tested my attitude and practical excellence. Every day I go into my internship, I do it with excitement to learn, and a positive attitude. Without this I would be getting nothing out of my internship.
Constantly showing a good attitude is not only good for the employee, but it’s also good for the employer. It shows the employer that you’re eager to learn and a team player. Also, the employer benefits because they can see that their getting an employee that is motivated and willing to learn new concepts.
Below I have attached an example of how my good attitude has been seen in my internship. My supervisor answered questions sent to her, asking about my progress in the internship. It shows my willingness to learn, ability to meet deadlines, etc.
