I have always felt that communication is essential to building relationships, and being able to share ideas and thoughts. In today’s market, and business world, effective communication is crucial.

I feel that my written communication skills are very well developed. When it comes to emailing I always respond, and when it comes to doing my share of projects, I always do my part, and get back to my team members as soon as possible. I'm decent at writing papers, I always answer questions fully, and I never skip steps.

My oral communication is lacking a bit due to my shyness. This is mainly in personal conversations, but I have been trying to overcome this. After I get to know someone I become very opened and talkative. When it comes to communication at work, I am straight forward and all business. My shyness does not apply with work situations.
